Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Long Lost MC website, Minecraft servers, Discord community, and online store. By using any Long Lost MC service, you agree to these Terms and the published server rules.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate others, evade enforcement, or share access in a way that compromises the network.

2. Community Conduct

You must follow the Server Rules and staff instructions. Harassment, threats, hate speech, cheating, exploitation, malicious activity, ban evasion, and disruption of services are prohibited. Staff may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the community.

3. Store Purchases

Store purchases provide digital benefits for use within Long Lost MC. Benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly allowed, and do not grant ownership of the server or software. Delivery may require your correct Minecraft username and an active account.

4. Service Changes

Servers, modpacks, features, balances, virtual items, and benefits may change as the network evolves. We may perform maintenance, correct errors, rebalance gameplay, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers and are also subject to the Store & Refund Policy. If a purchase is missing or incorrect, contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate.

6. Intellectual Property

Long Lost MC branding, original graphics, site content, and custom materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Minecraft and related marks belong to Microsoft/Mojang. Long Lost MC is an independent community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Mojang.

7. Enforcement and Liability

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, or harmful conduct. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without guarantees that every feature will be error-free.

8. Changes and Contact

These Terms may be updated when services or policies change. Material revisions will be posted on the website. Questions can be sent privately to llmcsupport@longlost.shop or submitted through the Long Lost MC Discord support channels.
