Long Lost MC sells digital benefits for use on its Minecraft network. Review package descriptions and confirm your Minecraft username before purchasing.

Digital Delivery

Most benefits are delivered automatically after confirmed payment. Delivery can be delayed by payment review, server availability, an incorrect username, or a technical issue.

Purchase Problems

If an item is not delivered, is delivered to the wrong account, or materially differs from its description, contact support with the transaction identifier, purchase date, username, and package name.

Refund Requests

Because products are digital and may be delivered immediately, completed purchases are generally not refundable after delivery or use. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, technical non-delivery, and rights required by law are reviewed individually.

Subscriptions

Monthly ranks renew according to the checkout terms shown by the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund the current billing period unless required by law.
